The professionals at Woof Dogs will provide you with the commands your dog learned during training. We will give you the tools and information necessary to enforce these new commands and behaviors in your own home. Not only does this make the training process easier for you, but it also provides your dog with a mini-vacation filled with playtime and adventure.
The bootcamp experience begins with a consultation from our lead trainer and founder of Woof Dogs Shay Maimoni. During your consultation with Shay, he will meet your dog, observe the dog’s environment, and make a professional recommendation on a training program for your best friend. If Bootcamp is recommended, upon drop-off you will be received by either our bootcamp supervisor, Skylar, or our primary bootcamp trainer, Shoval. When you come to pick up your dog, you will receive an in-depth, hands on, hour long training review session. Introduction to obedience training including sit, down, come, the beginning of stay, and loose-leash walking. Get started
Learn all standard commands (sit, down, down stay, come, heel, wait at the door) on a 6ft leash, with no distractions. Get started
Performing the commands taught in basic obedience on a 30ft leash, with the addition of major distractions such as other dogs. Get started
The beginning of off-leash training, using an e-collar, without any distractions. Emphasis is placed on sit from down, down from stand, off-leash recall (coming when called), and off-leash heeling. Get started
All commands (sit, sit from down, down from stand, down stay, come, heel, heel from come, wait at the door) are given off-leash. Emergency down (teaching your dog to drop into a down stay from a distance) is introduced and the distance and duration of the stay command is increased. Get started
