What should my dog bring to "WooF Dogs"?
His or her food, (if not already handed in) paperwork, included a copy of vaccination, a safe/secure collar with an engraved tag (Dog's name and phone number engraved). We have beds, crates, toys of every shape, size, color! If you chose to send more than food,we cannot guarantee that it will not be shared.
How do we coordinate pick up?
In advance, we will give you a time window (of about an hour or two). Please have your dog, and his/her belongings ready.
How will my dog spend his/her day at "WooF Dogs"?
Our days are a rotational between leashed walks, off leash play, feeding time and down/nap time.
What if my dog needs to see the vet during his/her stay?
We are very proud to have a friendly relationship with an Animal Hospital. Their veterinarians are well educated and amongst the best vets around!
Can I visit "WooF Dogs" home before my dog comes to visit?
You are welcome to visit WooF Dogs home before deciding to board your dog with us. Please contact us to schedule a visit any time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Thank you.
Can I pick up my dog at WooF Dogs?
Sure! You may schedule a pick up anytime Monday-Friday 8-5pm.
We do not allow for pick ups at our facility on Saturday/Sunday. While we love our time spent with the dogs 24/7 J, it is important that we are able to take a break from scheduling & client business on these days.
Policies:
- All dogs must be both people and dog friendly.
- All cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance to avoid charges (1/2 the total stay).
- For holiday periods cancellations must be made 14 days in advance (full stay to be charged for late cancellation).
- If your pup is currently on ANY medication, you must notify us 72 hours BEFORE your pick up/drop off time. It is necessary that you let us know what medication is being administered and WHY your dog is currently taking medications.
- Your dog should be current on all vaccinations.
Holidays:
Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year’s Day
An extra charge of $10 per dog exists for each holiday. We have extended holiday periods to which our holiday rate applies. Those extended holiday periods are:
Memorial Day Weekend , Fourth of July Weekend , Labor Day Weekend , Martin Luther Kind Day Weekend, President’s Day Weekend, Easter Weekend,Wednesday to Sunday after Thanksgiving, December 24th to January 1st
